Our associates use rulers, calipers, gauges and micrometers to make sure pieces are free from defects. Minutemen associates can even perform rework when required.

A major auto parts manufacturer calls on Minutemen to provide temporary quality inspectors in Detroit trained to follow the very strict guidelines set by its clients. This starts with a visual inspection to verify conformance with drawings and specifications. The inspection process ends with colored coding marks being applied, and a final acceptance or rejection.

A distribution facility uses temporary inspection workers on Cleveland’s west side to inspect its incoming products. On delivery, our temp-to-hire workers unload the shipment, verify the product count in each box, weigh the product, and inspect each piece for defects. The product is then repackaged and moved into the warehouse for storage by our temporary forklift workers.
